Job Description:

- International support and technical consulting of existing and new customers as well as our sales partners in the sales office.
- Analysis of the technical customer requirements as well as the elaboration of suitable implementation options
- Preparation and interpretation of offers in German and English language
- Price calculation on the basis of the project planning documents as well as the internal calculation guidelines
- Quotation follow-up and post-processing
- Project transfer to the order processing department
- Master data maintenance
- Processing of customer complaints

Profile:

- Completed commercial and/or technical education
- Very good English and computer skills (MS Office, Windows, ERP software)
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and customer focus
- Organizational talent and technical understanding
